Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 07-11-2025
The company strives to dispatch orders promptly while ensuring secure packaging suitable for Vinyl products.
1.1 Dispatch Timelines and Packaging Requirements
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 15 business days after payment confirmation. Vinyl products may require additional time for reinforced packaging and quality checks, extending the dispatch time by another 4 - 5 business days. Orders placed during peak sale periods, festivals, or public holidays may experience unavoidable processing delays.
1.2 Courier Partners and Serviceability
Orders are shipped through reputable logistics partners who have demonstrated experience in handling Vinyl products. The selection of the courier partner is determined based on destination, product fragility, weight, and serviceability. If a particular destination is deemed high-risk due to handling limitations, the company may contact the customer for an alternative address or cancel the order with a full refund.
1.3 Tracking Information and Delivery Updates
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number along with a courier partner's link. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor delivery updates and ensure availability at the delivery location during the estimated timeframe.
1.4 Delivery Attempts and Unreachable Customers
The courier partner typically attempts delivery two or three times. If the customer is unreachable, does not answer calls, or is absent during all attempts, the shipment may be returned to the company. In such cases, the customer may request reshipment by paying the additional shipping fee. Vinyls will be in the warehouse for a period of max 30 days for re-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate a fresh delivery within the 30 days window. Else, the order(s) stand cancelled and no refund will be initiated in such cases. The company reserves the right to cancel post 30 days.
1.5 Delivery Delays and External Factors
The company is not responsible for delays caused by factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, local restrictions, traffic disruptions, courier strikes, or operational issues at the logistics partner's end. Although these conditions are beyond the company's control, every effort will be made to keep the customer informed.
1.6 Integrated Edge Case Scenarios for Shipping and Delivery
In situations where the courier marks an order as "delivered" but the customer claims non-receipt, the company will initiate an investigation which may include reviewing delivery photographs, GPS logs, courier statements, and security logs from the delivery location where applicable. If the evidence confirms successful delivery, the company may not be able to issue a refund. If the findings are inconclusive, the customer may be requested to file a formal non-receipt or theft report with the local authorities before further assistance is offered.
If the customer provides an incomplete address or an address with restricted access, and the courier is unable to deliver the item, the order will be returned and the customer may choose between reshipment or a refund after deducting applicable charges.
If an order is significantly delayed but has already been dispatched, the customer cannot cancel the order. The item must be accepted upon delivery, and if eligible, the customer may initiate a return request afterwards.
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the refund will be processed only after the item is received back at the warehouse, and the shipping and handling charges will be deducted.
