Order Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order within 48 hours of order confirmation. After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted. This policy ensures that Vinyl products already in transit are not mishandled or returned unnecessarily.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

If the company cancels an order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, fraud alerts, or serviceability constraints, the customer will receive a full refund.
